Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReelCirq, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any creator or content rules presented in the service. If you do not agree, do not use ReelCirq.

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and use the service only as permitted by applicable law. ReelCirq is not knowingly directed to children under 13. If you use ReelCirq for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your credentials, for protecting passwords and tokens, and for reporting unauthorized access promptly. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate the service.

ReelCirq provides short-form and vertical cinematic series, streaming access, free previews or episodes where offered, paid episodes or other paid access where shown, and creator tools. Guest visitors may browse and watch eligible free previews; account features such as saved content and synchronized progress require an account.

Prices, taxes, currency, payment authorization, and purchase confirmation are shown at checkout. ReelCirq currently supports paid access that may include episode purchases, coin packages, and subscription plans where available in the product. We do not promise that every payment option or plan is available in every location. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the payment provider, and the nature and status of the purchase; contact support with the transaction details.

Creator access may require an application and approval. Applications, series, seasons, episodes, artwork, descriptions, and uploaded media may be reviewed; submission does not guarantee approval, publication, reach, or earnings. Creators remain responsible for accurate metadata and for the content they submit.

You retain ownership of creator content. You grant ReelCirq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, encode or transcode where supported, reproduce, display, stream, distribute within the service, and promote submitted content for operating and promoting ReelCirq. The license lasts as needed for those purposes and does not transfer ownership.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for video, images, music, scripts, voices, likenesses, trademarks, and other assets. Generative AI does not remove copyright, licensing, publicity, or consent responsibilities. Do not use AI to impersonate or deceive people, or submit material that violates law, creator guidelines, or another person’s rights. ReelCirq may request disclosure, restrict, or remove problematic material.

Submissions may be approved, rejected, limited, or removed for safety, copyright, Terms violations, legal requirements, or review standards. See the Creator Guidelines. Use Contact for copyright notices and include enough detail for review.

You may not use ReelCirq for illegal activity; unauthorized access; scraping or automated abuse; malware; harassment; impersonation; fraudulent payments; account manipulation; copyright infringement; circumvention of access controls; copying or downloading streams except where explicitly allowed; or bypassing purchase, entitlement, moderation, or rate limits.

ReelCirq branding, trademarks, software, interface, catalog metadata, and service materials belong to ReelCirq or their respective rights holders. Except for the limited permission to use the service, no rights are granted without permission.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, abuse, legal obligations, or operational reasons. You can request account deletion from Profile/Account settings when available or through the public Account Deletion page. Account closure may remove personal account data, while published content and transaction, security, fraud, accounting, or legal records may be retained or detached when necessary.

Features, titles, prices, and availability may change. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, and content rights may affect access, and no title is guaranteed to remain available permanently. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelCirq is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelCirq and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. You agree to defend and indemnify ReelCirq against claims resulting from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or creator content and rights violations, except to the extent caused by ReelCirq’s own misconduct.

No governing-law or dispute-resolution jurisdiction has been designated in the current ReelCirq project materials. Nothing in these Terms creates binding arbitration. Any applicable legal forum will be determined under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as ReelCirq evolves. The updated date identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions, support, billing, creator, and copyright requests should use the contact form.
