Acceptable Use & Compliance

Zero tolerance for prohibited material

All submissions are screened against ReelCirq's Acceptable Use Policy before public distribution.

No Adult or Sexually Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity for sexual gratification, and sexually explicit generative media are strictly forbidden.
Zero Tolerance for CSAM: Depictions of child sexual exploitation or abuse—including AI-generated imagery—result in immediate account termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting (NCMEC).
No Violent Extremism: Terrorist recruitment, extremist manifestos, hate speech, and graphic real-world violence are prohibited.
Strict Intellectual Property Compliance: Only upload materials you own or hold commercial licenses for. Unauthorized samples, audio, and rip-offs will be demonetized and removed.

Review & Moderation Flow

How content moves from draft to public release.

Automated Scanning: Uploaded video, poster imagery, episode metadata, and AI generation prompts undergo automated scanning upon submission.
Fail-Closed Policy: If automated scanning is delayed or unavailable, content remains in review. Content is never automatically approved if scanning fails.
Human Review: Flagged content is escalated to our Trust & Safety team. You may be asked for licensing documentation.
Demonetization & Takedown: Confirmed policy violations trigger immediate demonetization (blocking coin purchases and subscriber access) and catalog removal.

Quality & Best Practices

Polished episodic storytelling for mobile and desktop screens.

Submit content that is complete, readable, and consistent with the title and episode metadata.
Use accurate artwork, descriptions, and episode numbering.
Make sure posters and banners are legible at mobile sizes (9:16 and 16:9 vertical formats).
Use rejection feedback to revise and resubmit rather than creating duplicate series.
