Privacy Policy

ReelCirq is a streaming and creator platform for short, serialized, vertical-first entertainment. This policy applies to the ReelCirq website, mobile applications, creator tools, and related support services.

We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, use the service, contact support, make a purchase, or apply to become a creator.

• Account information: email address, display name, password hash, verification state, role, account status, and optional avatar URL.
• Viewing and library information: watch progress, viewing activity associated with episodes, saved series, purchases, entitlements, wallet and transaction records, and related interactions.
• Creator information: creator applications, creator profile details, series and episode metadata, descriptions, artwork, uploaded media references, submission and moderation information.
• Support information: your name, email address, category, subject, message, and support request metadata.
• Payment information: ReelCirq uses payment-provider checkout flows. The application records purchase, entitlement, wallet, and transaction information needed to operate the service; it is not designed to store full payment-card numbers.

Depending on how you use ReelCirq, our systems may receive IP address and request information through normal server operation, plus browser or device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic information, and authentication/session data such as refresh-token records.

With permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging may provide a push-notification device token and platform details. You can manage notification preferences in the app or account area.

Firebase services are used in the mobile app and, where configured, the web experience. Firebase Analytics may help us understand feature usage, navigation, sign-in and sign-up events, search and playback behavior, notification interactions, and performance. We use these signals to operate and improve ReelCirq; this policy does not claim that every event is collected in every client.

The web app uses browser storage for authentication tokens and client-side preferences where needed. The mobile app uses secure token storage and local preferences, including onboarding state and guest watch progress. Browser storage is not automatically a cookie. We do not describe a storage mechanism as a cookie unless it is actually used as one.

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, personalize viewing, maintain progress and saved content, process purchases and entitlements, operate creator workflows, review and moderate content, communicate with you, send service notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, analyze performance, and meet legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us host the application, store and deliver media, send email, provide Firebase messaging or analytics, process payments, monitor reliability, and provide security or operational support. Providers receive information needed for their service, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

ReelCirq does not sell personal information as part of the current service model. We do not use advertising language here to imply a data-sharing practice that is not part of the product. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or during a business transfer.

We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, support transactions, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or chargeback obligations. Backups may preserve some information for a limited period while they rotate through normal backup processes.

You can request deletion from the signed-in Profile/Account settings when available, or through the public Account Deletion page. We may need to verify identity. Deletion closes access and removes or de-identifies associated personal information where appropriate; published creator content and financial or legal records are not automatically removed when doing so would compromise the catalog, transaction integrity, security, or legal obligations.

You can update profile information, change notification choices, request account deletion, or contact support with a privacy question. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We will assess and respond to requests as required by the law that applies to you.

ReelCirq is not knowingly directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under the applicable age to use the service.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No online service can guarantee perfect security. ReelCirq and its providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

ReelCirq links to third-party services and may embed or rely on provider components. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through appropriate product or account channels.
