1. Overview and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all content created, uploaded, published, remixed, or distributed across the ReelCirq streaming platform and ReelCirq Studio. All users—including guest viewers, registered subscribers, creators, and administrators—must adhere to these mandatory standards.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate enforcement, including automated blocking, demonetization, content quarantine, account termination, and referrals to law enforcement where required by law.

- Propaganda, manifestos, or training materials produced by or praising designated terrorist groups.
- Depictions or celebrations of mass casualty events, hate-motivated attacks, or acts of terrorism.
- Recruitment, fundraising, or coordination for extremist violence.
7. Enforcement Mechanisms: Automated & Human Review
To ensure platform safety and compliance with our payment processing and banking partners, ReelCirq employs a multi-tiered defense:
- Automated Pre-Publication Screening: All submitted series metadata, episode descriptions, uploaded imagery (posters, banners, thumbnails), video uploads, and AI generation prompts are scanned by automated moderation systems prior to public release.
- Fail-Closed Security: If an automated moderation scan fails or encounters service disruption, content is held in review and will not publish automatically until safety can be verified.
- Human Review: Flagged content is escalated to our Trust & Safety team for administrative review.
8. Demonetization, Removal, and Sanctions
When an AUP violation is identified or substantiated:
- Immediate Demonetization: Paid episode access, coin unlock requirements, and revenue share accruals are immediately terminated. Restricted titles cannot be purchased.
- Quarantine and Removal: The content is stripped from public catalogs, search results, recommendations, and streaming playback endpoints.
- Storage/CDN Access Revocation: Direct asset links and streaming manifests are invalidated to halt unauthorized downstream distribution.
- Creator Sanctions: Violating creators may face submission suspension, monetization holds, or permanent account expulsion depending on violation severity.
9. Appeals and Contact
Creators whose content has been rejected, demonetized, or removed may file an appeal through the Creator Studio or by contacting our Trust & Safety team. Appeals must include the title identifier, explanation, and any supporting rights documentation.
