Delete your ReelCirq account

Enter the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. The response is intentionally neutral and does not reveal whether an email address belongs to a ReelCirq account.

A completed deletion may remove or de-identify your profile, authentication/account record, watch history and progress, saved or library titles, notification preferences, registered device tokens, and creator application or profile information where legally appropriate.

Published creator series and episodes are not blindly deleted with a viewer account. They may remain in the public catalog or be detached from personal account information when needed to preserve the service and rights history.

Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for completed purchases, payment reconciliation, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Where possible, retained records are detached from or de-identified from the deleted profile.

Signed-in users may also use Profile or Account settings to close their account when that feature is available. See the Privacy Policy for more detail or contact support with questions.
